Spicy White Bean and Red Pepper Dip


  • 1 cup cooked cannellini beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and adjust seasonings to taste. Serve as is or refrigerate until later.
