Peach Pie


  • Double pie crust
  • 4 cups of peeled and sliced peaches, uncooked
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of butter, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Preheat oven to 350

Line a pie pan with crust. Add the peaches. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and flour on top. Add slices of butter. Roll out other crust, and lay it on top of the pie, crimping and sealing the edges and cut slits in top crust or make lattice top. Bake in oven for about an hour with a baking sheet below, until crust is golden and pie is bubbling
